NHS Pharmacy Services
Pharmacies can dispense both NHS and Private prescriptions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your medication, the pharmacist is available to help.
Advice for self care
You can ask your pharmacist and trained health care staff for advice on how to treat a minor ailment, managing a long term condition or the details of a help or support group. Where the pharmacist cannot help you will be referred to the appropriate health care professional or organisation.
Safe Disposal of Medicines
If you have any unwanted or expired medicines you should not try to dispose of them yourself, juts bring them into the pharmacy where they can safely be disposed of.
Emergency Contraception Supply
If you require the morning after pill, an assessment for the eligibility and appropriateness will be carried out first and if a supply is made it will be at no charge.
